Hereford’s Got Talent Contest

The contest was open to local talent from in and around Herefordshire. There were several auditions and illumination rounds with over 300 original people entering the competition.
Last year’s contest was only open to schools and colleges, and saw Hampton Dene Primary School’s Megan Collingwood and Josef Godfrey dance to victory.

This year The Courtyard opened the contest to anyone based in the county aged seven and above.

There was a team of well known locals judging the event. The Courtyard’s chief executive Martyn Green joined Hereford Times editor Fiona Phillips, 2Faced Dance Company founder Tamsin Fitzgerald, local actress and scriptwriter Lyndsay Maples and lead singer of The Anomalies, Anthony Murphy.
